On the evening of April 11, Refuge Worldwide will host a special broadcast presented by KOLFEST, a contemporary music and arts festival in Central Asia.
KOLFEST is a multidisciplinary platform that brings together musicians, artists, and researchers from across Central Asia and beyond. The festival explores the space between tradition and contemporary expression, fostering dialogue between local and global voices.
For this broadcast, two young emerging artists from Kyrgyzstan — Aisea and Brakata — will share live performances and DJ sets shaped by the sounds of Kyrgyzstan, the atmosphere of Issyk-Kul lake, and their personal creative journeys.
Expect live music, deep rhythms, and a sonic narrative that bridges past and present of Central Asia.
