Silvia Fontana

Silvia Fontana, born in 1993, trained in Milan at DanceHaus, where she quickly developed a deep passion for the performative aspect of dance. Attracted by the impact that dance can have when brought into close contact with the audience, she channels her creativity into unconventional settings, exploring scenarios such as clubs, galleries, agritourisms, and generally places that rarely host performances. This vision was solidified in 2019 when she founded Sala Nera, which she currently directs. Sala Nera is an independent experimental center for the performing arts located within the Tempio del Futuro Perduto
