Revivis

For decades the city of London has been a fertile breeding ground for innovative producers, inspiring generations of DJs, and this is certainly the case with blooming producer, Revivis. A name you will be sure to frequently hear over the next years as he continues to churn out high quality sounds on a host of acclaimed labels such as Cinthie’s We_r House, Okain’s Talman Records and Quality Vibe Records. Now based and settled in Berlin, Revivis finds himself affiliated with the respected EWax imprint, holding a residency with them, already sharing two successful releases on the label. The young English talent has carried his dance floor ethos from early on in his musical journey, entering the scene over a decade ago playing and collecting Garage in the big smoke, before steering the ship into a housier direction. Over the years he has learnt to amalgamate the two during his energetic and illusive performances in the booth, allowing his past endeavours to breathe life into his productions, drawing elements from both resulting in raw, powerful and effective club material. It is no surprise that Revivis has found himself slinging records at essential European hotspots Watergate, Sisyphos, Toffler, and on home soil at 93 Feet East in recent times. The wheels are certainly in motion for an illustrious coming period for the UK artist, with a string of releases signed off in the pipeline, whilst simultaneously developing his craft on the Berlin circuit and beyond.
