Meriem Marsli

Meriem is a designer from Morocco whose journey has taken her from France and ultimately to Berlin. Two years ago, she visited the city on a holiday and instantly felt like she belonged there, she fell in love with Berlin, and felt the necessity to comeback, it became her second home and her muse.

With a passion for both creativity and community-building, she recently launched her own beer brand, Asila, through a magical encounter that changed her life, meeting with her co-founder Zainab. With big eyes and hope for the future, they Dared to dream!

Whether through design or entrepreneurship, Meriem is dedicated to creating spaces where others can feel seen, heard, and understood. Her journey, from Morocco to Berlin, is a reflection of her commitment to not only navigating but reshaping the narratives around what it means to be Arab! with a big focus on reimagining community, social solidarity and the challenges that come with it in a complex society like ours.
