Mariseya

Mariseya is an Afropop artist born in The Netherlands, with roots in Ghana. Her style has a predominantly modern afropop sound, occasionally mixed with both old and new school urban styles. Genres like R&B and Pop have influenced her style just as much as native African music. These influences are all brought together in her sound which creates her own unique approach and sound towards Afropop music. To showcase these influences she sings in both English and Twi. As supporting act and band member she has graced stages on North Sea Jazz, LowLands, Kwaku Festival and toured in Asia. After gaining experience in front of big crowds, she is ready to take the world by storm as a solo artist with her own sound.
