FloFilz

Exposed to music from a young age, FloFilz grew up in Germany and Belgium before moving to Aachen, Germany where he studied the violin and classical music, while also playing in orchestras. In addition to his parents, who are both musicians, he cites Hip-Hop icons A Tribe Called Quest, J Dilla and Madlib as key influences. Recognised as one of Germany’s most in-demand producers, the self-taught bedroom beatmaker has built his reputation around Europe and the world led by his seductive blend of Jazz, Soul and lofi-influenced grooves.

Taking great inspiration from London's Jazz scene he has released multiple albums and previously collaborated with the likes of MF DOOM, Alfa Mist, Tom Misch, Barney Artist, Ivan Ave, Saib, Biig Piig, K.A.A.N., J.Lamotta, Wun Two, digitalluc and others. He recently moved to Berlin and released his new album, "Close Distance“ which has been featured on BBC Radio, Okayplayer, Vogue Italia & others.
