DJ Malicia

DJ Malicia aka Malu Serafim is a Berlin-based Brazilian art curator and cultural producer. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Visual Arts from the University of Brasília (UnB) and is currently doing her master's degree in Sound Studies and Sonic Arts at Universitat der Kunste in Berlin (Udk). In her work she is always seeking to cross-pollinate her areas of study, proposing listening as a key method to curatorial practice. She suggests expository methods that do not position conventional knowledge as a rule, but instead create space for doubt, instinct, and intuition. Former member and resident of the cultural collective SNM (BR), she co-produced various urban occupations and events such as the Crying Club. Since 2022 she has been a part of Dry Collective Berlin.
