Hailing from Brescia, dancefloor innovator Bertrand. cut his DJ teeth as a resident of Milan’s Matrix club when he was still a teenager. After relocating to NYC at the age of 21, where he would study music production and sound engineering at Dubspot, he began drawing from his experiences in disparate parts of the world to forge his own unique musical aesthetic.

A creator who finds genres limiting, he approaches his work differently every time he enters the studio. Drawing on old-school techno with echoes of broken beat, jungle and house, the sum of his music eclipses its parts, glancing backwards to the nineties and before, while at the same time pushing relentlessly into the future.
