During his teens, Al Asli discovered a passion for rap, which led him to learn and practice music independently. He honed his audio engineering skills by enrolling for the Audio Engineering Degree at SAE (The Creative Music Institute) in Dubai. The creation of free content was never approved of or supported by the systems in which he was engaging. Al Asli found himself creating content that highlighted issues of political, social, psychological and religious freedom through rebellious acts. Along with his artistic practice, emerging activism led him to organize events while developing practice in multiple domains.
